Tom set up Sure Rope Access to do high-level work properly for commercial clients across the North West. He holds IRATA Level 3, which is the supervisory grade, and on most jobs he leads the work himself rather than handing it to a subcontractor.
That matters more than it sounds. It means the person who looked at your building is the person on the rope, so nothing is lost between the quote and the job, and you are not chasing an office for an answer about something they did not see.

What happens on a job
From the first phone call to the point the ropes come down.
The free site visit
Tom visits, assesses the building and identifies the cause of the problem. You get a clear explanation of what's wrong and a plan for putting it right.
A written price and method
You get the scope, the price and the method statement in writing. Anything uncertain is flagged as a provisional item rather than buried and invoiced later.
Anchors checked before use
Existing anchor points are inspected and certified before anyone loads them. Where a building has none, we can install and test a system to suit it.
The building keeps working
Ropes go up in a morning. Entrances, car parks and ground floor tenants carry on as normal, and the site is left clean at the end of each day.
